Privacy policy

SubtitleEraser stores account email, credit ledger events, uploaded object references, processing status, and payment identifiers needed to operate the service.

• Source videos are uploaded to Cloudflare R2 and should expire after 24-48 hours.
• Result videos are intended to remain available for up to 7 days.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. SubtitleEraser stores Stripe event and checkout identifiers, not card numbers.
